Refund policy

Styla Hair is committed to making sure each and every single customer is 100% happy with their purchase. We absolutely love our products and sincerely hope that you do too! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Simple as that. We are online shoppers too and would expect the same simple return policy that does not confuse or frustrate us. 

 

Steps to Make a Return

  1. Email admin@stylahair.com to start the return process - please include your order # and a reason for the return.
  2. Receive authorization: once we have received your email and process your return. you will receive an authorization code for your return.
  3. Package & ship back to Styla Hair via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to:

Please note that StylaHair.com will not be responsible for return shipping costs or lost shipments, so we highly advise you to use a shipping carrier with tracking and/or delivery insurance.

 

Shipping Charges - Customers are responsible for any costs associated with shipping returns back to StylaHair.com. However, we will refund you100% of what you paid us, including the original shipping charges. 

Refund - There are no restocking fees for purchases made at StylaHair.com. A full refund will be issued to the original form of payment during checkout.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your item(s) were damaged during shipping, there are missing or incorrect items, please email admin@stylahair.com within 7 days for us to correct the issue. We are unable to process claims after the 7-day window. 

In your email, please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and a photograph of the issue to assist us in processing the claim. Once processed, we will provide further instructions on sending item(s) back to us, so we can send you your replacement.
